While I'm not recommending any particular oil in your damper, I will say you'd be wise to use a lighter weight oil than 90w.

Web28 giu 2024 · Once the circlip and spacer are removed, pull the eyelet end all the way out and tap on it with a hammer (I used a KTM Orange dead blow hammer!!) to get the seal and bearing out using oil pressure. I had to do this a few times to get the seal out. Refill with the new oil and run the shaft up and down slowly to get the air bubbles out of the oil.
