Very few technicians will understand the noises and vibrations that come from a clutch basket unless they have been around for a while. Even then all they would want to do is install new OEM basket, which is good for a while then goes downhill too. WebOct 19, 2015 · If it goes smooth, then you need new crankshaft because teeth on the clutch basket are much harder then those on the crankshaft, so if anything goes between them, its the crankshaft that gets damaged. Make sure your clutch basaket does not have any cracks in it. My went cracked allover and pieces went flying . Check out my video repair.
